Privacy Notice
This invitation collects limited website usage information to understand how it is viewed and the general geographic distribution of visitors.
Information collected
Visit times, pages viewed, referring page, campaign information, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, timezone, and an approximate location derived from the internet connection may be recorded.
Optional precise location
If you choose “Allow Location”, your browser will ask permission before sharing coordinates and accuracy. These may be converted into a city, planning area, neighbourhood, and postal code where a mapping service legitimately returns them. Choosing “Not Now” or denying permission does not affect the invitation.
Use and access
The information is used only for private website analytics. Exact location information is not shown to other visitors and is accessible only through the private full-access administrator page.
Retention
Analytics records are retained for 90 days by default. The administrator may shorten or extend this period between 7 and 365 days and can remove expired records through the private dashboard.
Mapping services
OpenStreetMap and Nominatim are used for maps and reverse geocoding. Internet-derived locations are approximate and are never represented as an exact physical position.
